The L4000 is a single/multi beam, non contact, safety system using a sender and a receiver arrangement and is certified according to IEC 61496 safety category Type 4.,The system consists of the UE401 controller to which, sender and receivers can be connected. Up to 4 sensor pairs can be connected to the UE401
Installation and operation of this safety device must be in strict accordance with accompanying operating instruction. Further guidance on the use of Active Opto-electronic Protective Devices (AOPD) is available from Health & Safety Executive guidance note HSG180.
